Welcome to the Medway Youth Awards

The Medway Youth awards aim to recognise and celebrate the achievements of young people.

This year’s awards are supported by the Medway Youth Council, Medway Youth Service and our Partners Gillingham Football Club and Questor Insurance

The awards ceremony will take place from 6.30-9.00pm on Tuesday 10th July 2018 at The Priest fields Conference and Banqueting Suite.

The ceremony will include dinner and performances from talented local young people.

We hope you will be inspired to nominate a young person for an Award ensuring they receive the wider recognition that their skills, talents and achievements deserve.

We are looking for nominations for young people who attend a school or youth club, live or work in Medway. Anyone from the age of 11 to 18 (up to 24 for a young person with additional needs) can be nominated.

As part of our celebration, we believe that it takes a village to raise a child and for this reason we want to recognise those adults in our community whose commitment is helping inspire the next generation along their journey. We are looking for an exceptional coach or mentor, innovative youth work or a teacher who goes above and beyond to support their pupils

Nominations will open on 1st March and can be completed online here or by post to Medway Youth Council, Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham ME4 4TR

Nominations close on 30th April.
